As a design, innovation and manufacturing leader, it's important that we share our knowledge with the world. Moreover, it's crucial that we build the trust of our current and prospective customer by making them aware about our thought leadership, programs, products, services and trends readily available. We aim to provide the most reliable, up-to-date information to our client partners and to share our experience and expertise in the field of Membrane technology and Appropriate technology.
Our goal with this new website is to make it easier for our clients to learn about PHILOS’s services, products, expertise and current development. It is designed in a way where our customers can comfortably browse information according to their preferences. This time we have also included blogs and Internet shopping malls for the better understanding and accessibility of our products. In the blogs we will be continuously updating our content with valuable details, cutting-edge thought leadership, company updates, client achievements, latest innovative developments, case studies, technical information, answers to most frequently asked questions and product specifications. Likewise, in case of the Internet shopping mall we will display our consumer products from Wellspring such as Point of use water purifiers, disinfectants, carpet cleaner, etc. In the near future we also plan to upload and display our membrane related products in the Internet Shopping Mall.
Furthermore, to boost contact with customers, the site provides integrated social media buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We have also enabled a live chat display option in the website to encourage faster and better service for the customers.
Lastly, we would also like to thank our amazing staff at PHILOS who donated their time and energy to make this site what it is.
